Though I am all for the comic sans alarm I am not sure it is a great metric for how much a program might trouble your system. Anyway it has some problems as far as editing the games which I saw covered somewhere the other month but generally it is fine and will allow you to edit your GBA pokemon games.
Normally we get people worried when their anti virus flags it for being programmed in visual basic and being a program specifically designed to alter other programs/files.
