I installed the ntsc wad on my 3.2u wii and it returns to the wii menu. How can i fix this?

Sounds like a bad wad to me.

Download a new one from a different place.

or a missing ios, but I dont think we got an update yet for the ntsc region, you may have the trial version wad

Hey, it's a fine suggestion! Opera normally doesn't make so much money on what used to be a free web browser. The developers deserve the recognition and money for making a web browser that can both play youtube and render Acid2 perfectly on your TV.

Also, you know that the install is good and it will work if you get it legitimately. No need to bother with WAD installers. Plus you get to watch mario get coins!
