Hacking Injecting question

I got somewhere PilotWings injected into Sin & Punishment.
The game has some glitches, and there is stil S&P title and picture in wad.
So any way to edit the picture and title to make it "more" PilotWings looking?
The file was injected long time ago, does new wad injecting tools avoid glitches?
