Homebrew I need help developing for 3DS.

What do I need? What programs should I run? How do I name an application and put my name at the bottom of it and include a description?

I have ctrulib downloaded and devkitPro. I just need a start.

I'd start by taking someone elses program and working from there. It kinda helps to get you situated and familiar with what you can do and what API stuffs you can call. IIRC there was a homebrew tutorial thread somewhere which had a good quick start example.

I was looking for a thread like that but can't find it

I opened 3dscraft and I understand a little of what its doing and stuff

I learned off just reading the header files and source of ctrulib, also by checking out some opensource homebrew.
