Hacking I have not been using my 3ds for a long while...

So I tried booting up my o3ds to update hax and system firmware, come to find out I have no idea where to start/update first.

upon booting:
I have a9lh installed
luma 5.5
system update 11.0.0-33u

I backed up my NAND before doing anything, then:
- attempted system update, black screen on reboot.
- attemped updating luma to see if it would get me past anything, copied zip of latest release onto the root of my sd card ( the boot.firm and boot.3dsx)
- nothing.
- restored NAND backup
- everything working, I then tried updating luma again, but the luma config screen only shows 5.5 still.

Is there something with a9loaderhax that needs to be updated for the new luma and then a sysupdate?

You can try updating app by app, or apply the whole mod as a whole (step by step and app by app), reducing the possibility of an issue in the process.

Replace A9LH with B9S. After that you can use latest Luma version.

Trying the guide from the beginning does not work if A9LH is installed.
