Hacking I can't get LetterBomb to work?

Exactly, make sure that the SD its FAT32, and its less than 2gb, wilbrand and mostly hackmi installer, dont like SDHC, so try to install the exploit using a NON HC, if it works, glad for you!, but it mostly wont, so get a 2gb SD or less, just to install the Homebrew channel, and after that, just use a SDHC for everything.

So it wil be something like this:
SD:/boot.elf <--- this is the hackmii installer
SD:/Private <--- this is the wilbrand exploit folder
SD:/Apps <--- this is where all apps for wii goes, so the homebrew channel recognize them.
SD:/WBFS <--- games in .wbfs format for the wii

I got both. I tried to get CTGP-R via homebrew, but when I open the homebrew channel I don't see anything except the background of the homebrew channel. Am I doing it right? http://imgur.com/a/YeLdQ

Is your console updated to 4.3 properly and has IOS58? Letterbomb requires both, and a standard 2GB or smaller SD card is most reliable.
