To my knowledge (and a casual search) it has never been leaked or otherwise released. It is a PS2 game but a launch title so not entirely sure what it would have been written in if decompilation is to be a thing (C++, which started to become viable to use on the PS2, is some time out yet compared to the C of the PS1 and N64 we do see such things done for).
I don't think it used a known engine you might be able to cross port something to. Its sequel never got anything like that either.
The company that owns it these days is likely thq nordic which means embracer group, and they do still sell the PC version so unlikely to get anything from them.
This would then leave you with the more traditional methods of recreation, which tend to take a long time.
