Android HTC One - German language

I just bought a used HTC One for my wife. It turned out that the German language is not included. Anything I can do to get German into the phone?

There are a few methods you could use.

You can try these apps:

Or if you are rooted, IIRC you can change the locale language with the build.prop editor in ROM Toolbox.

I recommend that you root it.
I have installed the ADR ( android revolution) Rom in mine and it has Deutsche, I just checked.

More Locale 2 did it. I had to give it the rights through ADB shell, then switching language worked! Thanks

I've ran into another problem I just realized. The top 5 mm of the touch screen don't react, so I cannot pull down the notify tab down. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

That sounds more hardware related, bring it back to the store!
