Hacking How to use FTP on SX OS

Can someone link a good Youtube tutorial on how to use FTP on SX OS? As a newbie I don't know what it does nor do I want to mess with it in hopes that it corrupts my switch. I heard that it wirelessly transfers switch games.

And I can transfer both XCI and NSP? Do I need to exit Airplane mode?

Yes, you need to exit airplane mode.

Also, take note that the transfer speeds aren't the greatest. If the file you want to transfer is larder than a few GB it might be quicker to just remove the card and transfer the normal way.
