Hacking how to identify contents on Switch?

hi at all,

how can I see what those folders really contain (update/game/dlc)? I mean the names of the games instead of those cryptic folders.

You can try to identify with the size if you haven't much games/updates/dlc.
Another method if you have the NSP files is to search which NSP has the name of the folder you want to identify (e.g. d616d...9a5.nca, you either extract the NSPs with hactool and search which one have a file called d616d...9a5.nca, or you just open the file in any hex editor and search for the NCA name) The second option is much faster and doesn't require anymore space.
Otherwise you would have to decrypt each file with hactool, which requires your SD seed and other things
