It's out there. I can confirm there are several mirrors though it's honestly really limited and you're better off just waiting for Bogloader/mememenu

exactly. because OP doesnt know anything and just copy pasted what was on discord. you have to extract your kernal, patch it with a tool, and then replace it over the one included.

OR the better idea is to WAIT for SciresM to release his ACTUAL working one.

heck if i know. this has gotten so out of hand and became a huge mess. i wouldn't be surprised if he doesnt release it. but im not him, so i have no idea.

He wouldn't not release it (excuse the double negative) because he's worried about piracy. He is neither for nor against piracy as evident by Atmosphere. It in of itself enables piracy but he hasn't implemented any anti-piracy measures. Also, the whole point of LayeredFS is primarily for game modding not backup loading, which is really backup swapping. So, I don't really see any reason for him to not release it. If people want to try running backups using it, that's not his concern.

But it's not exactly yours... Almost all of it is ripped from one of the fusees from Atmosphere AFAIK.

As I said in my other post, credits to SciresM and the Reswitched team for fusee-secondary (especially kernel_patches.c).
I'm not appropriating their code, it's still theirs, but I posted that because someone sharing private stuff without asking isn't very respectful. I was gonna share it anyway, just needed a few tests.
