After some horrible plays in Tetris 99 with the Pro controller because of miss-presses, I've now come to the conclusion that I need to get this fixed. I checked around and came across a fix (or actually two together) that involved using regular scotch tape on the inner portions of the D-Pad sensors (1/2 covered may be too much, 1/3 should do it), but also stack pieces of tape to put under the pivot joint because of it possibly being a little too short.

Would this be recommended, or is there a better solution?
