Sometimes the change takes a bit to take effect. You can try deleting your cache. Also, I'm pretty sure just using Gravatar eliminates the "non-changing avatar" problem.

i upgraded my cpu on my laptop and it got pretty hot i killed the cpu loader after it climbed to 92 c my max rated is 95 c ........ normally it only reaches 70 at tops though idk how long my processor will last lol

What do you use to check the temperature of the CPUs?
I know the Bios do that with 100% CPU load, but I never checked it in Windows.
(I'm on XP SP2, quad core 2.4ghz)
