Dude, this ain't the testing area.

On topic, I think the only way to do it currently is to get an unencrypted version of Sin and Punnishment and swapping the rom file out with a new on like GoldenEye. Then WAD packing it.

btw your theory is possible but if your not sure don't write, and i answered is question,when the way to inject will be revealed he will know.
EDIT: S&P means sin and punishment, its just a game... you can inject on any game.

Pretty sure you just replace the rom via hex editor in the 00000005.app, then edit the TMD file with the new SHA1, pictures here
