Install SaltFW

No (without compiling a custom build without settings), also consider it needs reconfiguring on cfw updates if the settings list changes, and that you can't really brick with them!

If she won't use any .bin homebrew either, why not SaltFW, or setting a pin in Luma's config? (can be easily bypassed but only intentionally and with a file manager)
