How can I change it back?

I don't know how the hell this happen. I just put flash drive on the back but somehow I bump the power cord to make my computer off.
So I have to plug it back.
Log in.
All the suddenly, this happen!

How did that happen?! Maybe this is effect by update? Also I can't change back to Aero theme.
Before you suggest anything like troubleshooting, it didn't solve it yet. This is what I get.

It does. But I don't know why it didn't work in Aero theme. Only I can do is use classic version. I don't want that. Sure it look old version window skin like 98 Window. At least the background picture is still the same that I used. So I dont know why this is happen. Maybe this is effect by update by few days ago? If it does, then what is number so I can delete it.

Check under service.msc if theme is running, if not start the services, see if that fix it, also try to restart that service if is already running and doesn't fix your problem.

On windows menu icon left click and search for services, inside service look for theme, restart that service see if it fix it.
