If your console is on 4.10 you can use softwarehax/deja vu
Anything higher and you cant right now
You'd still need a way to transfer files to the sd card
You can use homebrew without a USB-C cable or PC using Deja Vu. The RCM exploit is what requires a USB-C cable.

Deja Vu (or Jamais Vu on 1.0.0) requires 1.0.0-3.0.0 or 4.0.1-4.1.0. If you aren't on one of these system versions, you must use the RCM exploit (if the Switch is unpatched).
