Homebrew Help with theme creation, sound related.

So I need some help with theme creation. The only issue I am having, is that I can not for the life of me figure out how to get bcwavs. I have YATA+ and I have Usagi. When I try to load a sound into Usagi, it wants bcwavs. I even have the 3DS SDK. But I still dont know how to get bcwavs out of it.

To add to this, I somehow can use YATA to make wavs to cwavs. But I cant use these, apparently it wants me to use bcwavs. How do I get these?

There is a folder that says "ThirdParty" for third party stuff. You put the ctr_waveConverter32 in the ctr_waveConverter32 folder ._.
