Hardware Help with D2Sun V2.0 modchip

I bought a D2Sun V2.0 modchip, soldered to a Wii-clip. I have installed it into the Wii (LEH 133). When I start my Wii up, the power-button turns from red to green for one second. After that, my Wii doesn't do anything at all.
I tried to remove the Wii-clip, and then my original Wii works perfect.

Does anybody know what I can do?

One of the problems is that you have a fake Wii-Clip. There is no Wii-Clip sign on the actual clip. That could be a big problem.

Where did you get that Wii-Clip from?

@lenselijer: I checked it. It should be allright, my Wii had D2B and Pal. Wii was already set: off-on-off-off

Edit: On the clip is the W-clip sign and a number (can't be seen on the picture).
Edit: Do i have to do something with the 'metal wire' (that can be seen here: http://www.d2sun.com/D2SUN-USB_1280.jpg).
