Hacking Help to give me homebrew

I know nothing about Wii U hacking. Dont want to spend 10 hours of reading. I want to be able to play Homebrew, Retroarch in particular. And perhaps some N64 injection if possible. Im on 5.5.1 E.

What steps could I do? I have one NDS VC

Yep, it'll automatically load the HBL every time you execute it

Is the HBL included in Haxich? Or do I med to install the HBL separate?

Yes it is included in FIX94 "haxchi" follow the instructions from the release thread
