ROM Hack [Help] Rip Animations from Pokemon games

I got the Pokemon models with bones here https://www.models-resource.com/3ds/pokemonxy/ but I also need the animations. This game https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mawpo.jcm.lk&hl=en has every animation exactly the same as they are on the 3DS game and this guy even found more unused animations . How can I rip these animations and use them in Blender ?

I found this list https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/List_of_3DS_PC_utilities but they don't mention or show any animation ripping capabilities. Am I not seeing something so obvious ?
