This fixes the black background thing when you unpack the new archive (for real).

THANK YOU! That not only fixed the black background issues, but also it fixed the transparency issues I was having on the single player screen!!

So yeah this project is probably going to happen

Great, thanks! Hopefully that'll help out some of the people in the Fire Emblem community as well, they also have a ton of etc1a4 encoded files to deal with. Seriously though, thank you. Without your work on the tool this project would've never gotten off the ground.
