You need to use a GameCube controller I believe, since the Wii remote Bluetooth stuff isn't loaded or something like that, but who doesn't have a GameCube controller.

Bootmii : use gamecube controller OR eject/reset button as move/accept commands.
usbloaders : it the wiimote lose synch, it's a cIOS installation bug. Reinstall your cIOS, re-synch your wiimote with red button on console+wiimote when you are on system menu.
