Homebrew Help making some 3ds themes?

Hello everyone! Newcomer here, sorry for any issues or etc.

I want some new 3ds Themes, but I just can't figure out how to make my own. I don't have a Windows and I don't really understand any of the Mac versions. I was wondering if anyone who had some spare time could help me create a theme?

I’ve already tried that. Usagi doesn’t work for me, I mentioned that in the original post and that’s why I asked.

Can you perhaps point out where? I just see some mention of a windows app and some mac versions. Nothing of what exact apps you used.

okay, fine, i didn’t specifically mention anything. it’s hardly the point, but if you must know:

usagi doesn’t work on windows. kame editor, the mac equivalent, makes little sense to me. i tried using wine for usagi and that was a mess as well.
