Hacking Help getting RxTools working

Recently downgraded to 9.2, but whenever i try to boot rxtools into sysnand it either says rxtools is booting and does nothing, or that goes away and it gives me 2 black screens. Any help would be appreciated.

You can check your version by pressing L o R during rxtools launch(screen glitch) it should saying something like rxtools 2.xv , or 3.0

I'm running version 2.4, don't i need 2.6 or 3.0
