Hardware Help cant enter eshop! Network ID?

Hey guys
Today i wanted to check eshop but it wont let me Its saying i need network ID? But i do have a nintendo account and logged in why is it not letting me?
I looked up online to create network ID but if says u can only make one on a Wiiu and 3ds?? What is this..
Can i make the ID on switch It self and what is the Nintendo account for then...
Im confused

I did i do have a account there but when i try to buy something from shop it wont let me cause i need a user ID???
When i login and check user ID it says not linked..
But when i try to make a user ID it says had to be done with 3ds or Wii u do Its strange
I dont have a Wiiu OR 3ds...
I Will check in a min maybe i can do it with the switch it self instead of doing it through the website?

i find unbelievable you require another console to create an account... no.. something is wrong...
unless something is going on with your local nintendo eshop...

had you configured your internet or something to block certain servers or something?

No not that i know..
All i know is that i play offline but i thought hmm maybe i should make An account for DLC and other things and incase i wanna play online so what i did was grab my phone went to accounts.nintendo created a account use that login to log into my switch but when i try to open eshop Its saying i need to link ID no Idea what it means..

Maybe u can try something for me van you go to accounts.nintendo and look at user ID maybe u can figure out what im doing wrong

go into the switch settings, look for link the account... or something like that..
had you done that before?
the 3ds and wiiu had a similair process.
