seriously I need to launch hblauncher on my friends n3ds and neither browser- base or mysterychunkhax is working (mystery dungeon can´t be launched on 9.2)

Take the 3DS with you. You can't make a arm9loaderhax installation to a speedrun, you have to be patient.

I recommend getting cubic ninja just in caise since that always wprks. Also make sjre the dns is either on or off (i forgot which one).

Seems like something is really hard blocking you. I suggest you to take out sd card and format it. Then download starter zip again and copy only those files to SD. It should work somehow... If worked for everyone, then it will work for you too.
