ROM Hack Help a noob D: (Pokemon White Hack)

Hello,
Im trying to make a pokemon white rom hack and hex editors are confusing :/ I also want to know how to replace sprites... but what im mostly javing a hard time with is creativity... ive edited some of the dialogue (like with an egg and such) But the hex editor is the worst...followed by sprites :/
Anyone know a program for the sprites and can insert them? And im using the hex editor for stats and wild pokemon and starters.
Any help would be appreciated

Is there anything wrong with this? also the sprites came out ok..... Bit jumpy but i think i can fix them... if not ill ask u tempers

in project pokemon is was telling about this and someone was create video for it :/ still not understand, Lol is easy to change ==" if you still can't try DPPt or HGSS first, is used compression format and some is not compressed, some used NCER/NSCR/NARM/NMAR/Ect for viewing, i was see console tools document, is have some format are usefull for sprite editing.

i ended up replacing needing another clean rom lol. and im confused at sprites...the sprite i ported is all weird

You can search on projectpokemon and see some video tutorial and not video is just video without tutuorial, is not help you ... and see kazowar channel is help you, yeah i not watch these video and i success in first experiment ... yeah i was edit sprite on crystaltile2, but this program not working on sprite compressed with 0x11 , is cannot repointer, and is just cannot to display, console tools is just viewing, baubary is just ripper only XD
