Hardware hdd interference with video on wii

Hi all I have a strange problem.
I want to play a bit with my wii and I've make an external hdd (aluminium) sata usb for loader.
The problem is that when the hdd is on, everything is ok, when it's plugged in the TV shows stripes and inferefence.
(the same happens with PS2)
I try to move the hdd away from the tv/wii, move the power supply but nothing change.
Is there a way that I can solve this without buying a new hdd case?

What about ferrite? On cable? Maybe it's the power supply
