Homebrew Hbl Loader launcher help

Hey I was having some problems with hbl loader launcher. I got the new version and I am on sys 11.2.0-35u with luma cfw and A9lh . I got the right payload and everytime I boot it up, it show a red screen. Is there anything else I am missing? Or is there another thing I have to do?

Did you extract the starter.zip to the SD card root?
