Europe is a country? Well goddamn, I didn't know! This is false, there were rumours that this might happen, or that the European Union will force Steam to have this option, because it's one of the European laws that you should always be able to ask your money back. A few days ago I read about a guy who bought Rome 2 at launch via Steam (which was terrible at launch, really unfinished and not fun to play) and he tried to get his money back from Steam (and keep the copy of the game). Steam wouldn't let this happen, but after some mailing around and digging in the laws of his country (think it was Holland), he got his money back! Pretty unbelievable, but with the right persistence and sources, you can already make it happen.
"To think just before September 3rd, 2013 I would of been so excited to see you guys post new videos to watch about the game. You effective ruined my passion for Total War with this game. You sold us a beta for $60 and made us play test through all the bugs. The game still has an incredible amount of problems, heck I would go as far to say this game is still in beta and shouldn't of had a full release till maybe next year. Bring back the things we loved about Rome 1 instead of using DLC to slowly add it back. Bring back family trees and for all factions and give us more details about our empires. We love seeing details like those and that's why we loved your previous Total War games. Other then that I look forward to playing this game in maybe 6 months if all those things are added back and when I get buy DLC for FREE because they are really just patches of things that were not in the game and should have been. Also FIRE your goddamn A.I. team because holy shit they are miserable at their jobs, as well as anyone else who is involved with optimization. Other then that I look forward to watching these videos in the future...."
