Hacking GBA Emulator w/cheats?

I am looking for a GBA Emulator for my N3DS. Currently, I am using Libretro, but there is no cheat support. Is there a good GBA emulator for 3DS/N3DS that also has cheat support? Thoughts and help greatly appreciated

I don't think 3DS GBA emulators support cheats right now...

I believe you can inject cheats in roms throught GBATA (Nope)
