Is there any direct way to use Gateshark codes on Luma3DS?

What's the current status of using cheats on anything but Gateway?

No, you can't use gateshark codes on luma3ds.
Also, clickbait title :(
And finally, use ntr cfw, if you want of cheats on ntr cfw

I have the NTR CFW plugin from the plailect guide.
There seems to be no readily available option to use cheats there.

I would call that a less than ideal solution.
So cumbersome that it is almost entirely unusable.
Only the extremely dedicated would ever consider this solution viable in the least.
I think i am going to pass on this.
