Hi , i installed zelda minish cap from freeshop but when i start the game , the screen goes black

thx

Do you have A9LH with sysnand CFW ? if you're using a emunand CFW , you need to have them installed in both sysnand and emunand , if you're using a9lh , delete your emunand , you dont need an emunand with a9lh

Edit: Coucou ami français :)

I also have the same problem, but only for some out of region VC games. Infinite 3ds logo on launch. Don't know if it's related to seed. I have a9lh + luma on sysnand.

If it's related to seed, you can just find the game's page and the eShop and load it, then go back to the home menu and the game should work.

EDIT: I just realized you said out of region

i am using gateway , emunand and homebrew launcher

the game is showing in sysnand and emunand

Coucou :)

So you are using Menuhax?

What is your GW Emunand Firmware at?

Try booting the game through Luma CFW through Homebrew launcher
EDIT: IF that does not work , boot into Luma SysNAND mode.

I think the problem is you don't have patched support for pirated Dsi games on your emunand.

Last edited by tatumanu,
no menuhax just ds profil to start emunand and i install a cia version of homebrew launcher

sysnand 4.5 and emunand 11.1.0-34

can i use freeshop in sysnand ? no risk ?

where ? can you quote the section ?
You can, although if you aren't running A9LH, it's really not suggested to mess around too much with your sysNAND.
I do believe Luma has a PASTA mode, but I am not sure about that since I haven't used either PASTA or Luma in months.

You can install the CIA to the sysNAND, but it will still require using a CFW with pasta mode or launching pasta from the homebrew launcher to install any cias to the sysNAND.
Or again, installing A9LH, I really can't stress enough that installing A9LH is worth the little time put into it.

Install A9LH , it is worth it , at first I was scared too , A9LH install process was risky , but now with otpless A9LH for new3DS its easier , i have now A9LH and everything is good now !

We gave you plenty of solutions to try. They all either appeared too difficult or you were unwilling to attempt any of the solutions.

It's hard to help someone who won't heed advice. It's also apparently too difficult for you to read "First section" in a post here, follow a link to GitHub, read the first section, follow the instructions, and report back here to us whether or not it worked. So to be honest, I'm pretty glad you don't want A9LH. I don't really feel like reading your "I bricked because I can't follow instructions! HALP!" thread later...
