When I try to install a cia on my 11.0 Cakes Emu I always get this error.

Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

Any ideas?

The game is probably invalid, corrupted, or you have an existing and mismatched ticket from a previous install.

On SysNAND? If so, check your tickets on EmuNAND. The patch (signatures) is literally identical between Cakes and Luma. If it installed before (on a different NAND) then you likely have a mismatched ticket.

You find it by the titleID of the game in FBI -> Tickets and delete it, then install the game. What game are we talking about here?

Nope. Found it, deleted it, but it didn't work.

Then I have no clue, other than it being corrupted somehow between the last time you installed it and now.
