Hacking FBI Cannot Install .cia Game Files

Hello,
I am having trouble in installing .cia game files using FBI. I can use FBI installing fbi.cia to update FBI to the latest version 2.6.0, but I cannot install any .cia game files. The error information is as below,
Failed to install CIA files.
Result code: 0xD8E0806A
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Cert signature or hash check failed (106)

Can anybody help me on this issue? Thanks in advance.

Try another cia installer like devmenu or bigbluemenu. Or you have a bad cia file. Try re-downloading
