Mine is a tie between atlus and Level 5.

Dint get me wrong I like SE but their games no longer feel the same. I love nintendo too but i like atlus and level 5 better. I also
Like valve too but still i like those
    Above better

Valve. It sucks that I can't do really any PC gaming but they still deliver the best video games ever made. They easily beat everything else.

I have no favorites. I prefer to just check out the games that look interesting to me rather than put any focus on the dev or publisher. No gaming company has hit it out of the park consistently enough for me to consider them a "favorite".

    Easily Nintendo.
Second place might just go to Capcom, though they need to work on being more prompt at localizing some of their games (I'm looking at you, Monster Hunter).

Atlus (for Persona, SMT, etc) and 5pb (for Corpse Party, Chaos;Head, Steins;Gate, etc)

I really love Square Enix, but I kind of feel they haven't released decent games lately.

If you mean Spyro/Crash stuff, then they're Insomniac and Naughty Dog. Oh, and Square Enix ;)

Capcom, Nintendo, Activision, Tecmo Koei for Ninja Gaiden.

    Maybe square enix as well.

EDIT: Adding some in. Naughty Dog, Level-5, Konami for Castlevania.

All of these are my absolute favs. ^_^

Has to be Nintendo in general, and more specifically the studios behind SSB(HAL?) and Pokemon(GameFreak).
During the first 3/4ths of my life, nothing came even remotely close to the enjoyment I got from those games.

Nowadays, though, where none of my friends have enough free time to come over and play local multiplayer anymore (FRIENDS, Y U GROW UP?), SSB and other games we used to play the shit out of are not played as much and I spend most of the free time I have with Indie Games of all sorts (right now: Terraria, SPAZ, AIWar) as well as older PC games I never got to play (right now: TES-Oblivion).

Nintendo is definitely my top favorite...Not entirely sure about other favorites though, except these:

    Rare, before Microsoft bought them.
