Hacking EZ4 Trying to hack the save but annoying errors

Okay using a GS1 Hacking guide (tell's me where almost everything is stored in the battery file)

But i put the new sav file in... I don't get any error's but it seems to be replacing the file in the flashcard with a backup

And i do hold L to keep from it saving


Also tried saving a file where i got rid of every item and when i opened it in the hex file everything was still there...

(also tried with some other games but i don't know what's up with this...)

The is an option called obliged saving and another called auto saving. The latter allows you to cancel out but obliged saving will save regardless.
Obliged became standard at some point so you will probably have to change the option back to auto save.

If not just load another game before replacing the save (if you have DS capability then tetris always changes the save and so will always write a new one).

I did have on auto saving

But to fix i had to rename the game name for some reason (it had a back up somewhere in memory becuse even after i deleted the sav file from the Saver directory my sav in GS1 still showed up


Even check my saver directory through the flash card

Sry for double post but just found out something

If you go into the saver directory and click a save file it asks basically

"do you want to use this save"
