No. There's no workaround. If you want to use the eShop, you have to update your console.
could i make backup of my nand in 3.0.2 then make the update and go on eshop and put the hombrew and rocket on after or it is useless to do the backup of nand 3.0.2 while I do not did not go at all on the eshop
