Hacking Dumping a VC game... weird *.app files found

I'm trying to pack up a Master System game that I just bought and I'm not getting the results I expected. In the CONTENT folder, I had 0A, 07, 08, 09.app and TITLE.TMD. Looking at the TITLE.TMD, the WAD is supposed to be made up of 00-07.app like normal. All the files I have here only add up to 2.5 MB, also. Anyone know what to do with these files?

Just point it to your SD card and it'll handle the rest.

But how could an 05.app, 00.app and 01.app be shared? Those are files that need to be specifically tailored to each release...

Exactly. Which is why I thought that was weird. Either way, thanks for your tool trent_fox! I'll test the WADs here in a minute.
