Hardware Dual IPS?

Got these pics from a seller. It does have a screen protector on it, which could effect the pics. I didn't think bottom was ips, but according to the squares it looks dual ips. Its a N3DS Super Mario Land 3D bundle. Opinions before I buy it. 6 pics

I think the bottom is TN. It's hard to tell he should increase the brightness completely.

That'd only work if they had Homebrew/CFW on the 3DS though.

The bottom definitely looks like a TN panel (My Hyrule Edition N3DS looks the same (top IPS, bottom TN)).

Considering how easy it is to access homebrew on even the most recent firmware that wouldn't be an issue

In the third photo the contrast levels look horrible in the bottom screen from a side angle.
It looks very much like TN.

Top looks sharp and chrisp so it's most likely a IPS and the bottom really looks like a TN.

I don't have this theme and from those crazy angles I personally can't tell if my bottom looks TN because of it as well, but it also has a screen protector. I'm going to lean towards dual IPS because mine does blur and look a little ugly - the bottom screen - at extreme angles when compared to the top screen, but mine most definitely is dual IPS
