Do you not think an accessory like that is stupid? The DSi's camera is basically a pretty lo-fi webcam, not something such a lens assembly would make sense for.

well by the looks of it, its just a shell. What i'd do if i had a dsi is just put one stylus in the slot, and another you use

I lol'd at the item but yea, it looks like a piece of crap
the camera is low quality so its not even worth it

I'm big on photo-taking, so thats why the zoom caught my eye.
If you are big on photo-taking why don't you save for a decent camera rather than buying things like this? Though it is your money and it does look interesting, though wouldn't the telescope be pretty bulky?

it seems a little thicker for the DSi so I wouldnt buy it. but hey, you could throw the bottom protective shell and just apply the upper shell with telescope. it's not connected at each other.

EDIT: It IS connected! sorry for the last sentence

they have these for mobile phones too they call that PHOTOSCOPING you can also do this with a fairly decent telescope and put your mobile phone camera to the lense to take a photo of something far away

I like compact. Games+camera=DSi

Get a slim camera/decent camera phone? Though it is your money, go ahead.

Just to remind all of you that the Nitnendo DSi is designed for close up ONLY. The frame lens should work on 2 meters. Normal lens should not be far with 2.5 meters unless you have a big group taking picture. I'd recommend a 3 Megapixel or more camera if going for 5 people or more. It is not recommend for far shots like being in a concert or in a forest-like scenary.

This add-on might b good for close up shot if your target person dont like being shot by a camera nearer that 1 foot.

I have a 2 Megapixel camera/music/phone and I use that for a serious picture. I used my 5 Megapixel camera/phone for a better picture. I used my Nintendo DSi for a quick snapshot of my friends
