Hacking Ds Fire Card trouble

I was putting new games on my cousins ds fire card, when the ds ran out of battery and all the data is corupt now and the flash card wont work.
It says Error: Open xmenu. dat error!
I think i need new menu data im just not sure what to do all help will be much appreciated.

Just put in xmenu.

Its ok. Just download from this link http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=2304

Then put the xmenu file on the root of the firecard. The root just means the main drive of the card.
