Homebrew Downgrading 10.4 old 3ds

Is 10.4 version of old 3ds XL downgradable thru browser hax?

There's plenty of tutorials on here. Just be sure to read everything first, at least once or twice, before attempting this. It's possible to brick, but kinda hard to brick it.

I will just follow instructions. Install browserhax> install menu hax> reset device and run menuhax and from there run sysupdater and downgrade it. Also placed files into updates folder on the root of micro sd card.

Unless you don't use the wrong update files, you should be good but there is always a risk, unless you have a hardmod.
