Homebrew Does Eshop access through HANS still work?
Nintendo has made a change to NNID logins: it now checks if the last part of your firmware version is 28 (i.e. 9.9.0-26). so right now it would only work for 10.2.0-28 and 10.3.0-28. smea is investigating this, but does not sound confident.

it's a good idea to stay behind if you are patient. nobody knows if it can be bypassed yet.
As much as I want to update for the badge center(for custom badges that look like installed dev CIAs, lol), I think it is best to not update if you are on 9.3-10.1.
