Hacking DLC's - MK8 not unlocked

Hi everyone,
i've download DLC's for MK8 4.1, and i have the "MERCEDES pack", but not all characters. And not all the tracks at all....
It's like if the game was lanched with the last "save", because before i update MK8 with DLC's, i had only 3 race unlocked, and after, that's the same.

Any idea ?

Did you download DLC from Wii U USB Helper? It might be a rare case that it didn't download everything.
Also, is DLC the same region as your game? [ex. US DLC for US Game]

Same region (EUR), and i download with JNUStool.
What is the best way ? Download MK8 "empty" (where ?) and add DLC's ?

Use either Wii U USB Helper or FunKiiU (JNUSTool is outdated, i think)
They're pretty easy to use and downloading DLCs & Games & Updates was never that easy.
Oh and they're pretty stable.

I thought the only way to get all the characters and tracks was to actually unlock them through playing the game. Eg getting gold in a cup for the first time unlocks a new character.

ok, so why trying to download DLC's ?

DLC, in my case brings only Mercedes to the game, all other caracters, tracks needs to unlock by winning some races.
So, play a little

I did play, and unlocked everything, but since i choose Loadiine, everything was lost, that's why......
But if there's no other way.....

There is dlc that unlocks 4 tracks and several characters. These are not unlocked by playing.

Just download wii u usb helper, go to mario kart 8, download dlc and install it to the system. When you have sig patches enabled (by using haxachi cfw or mocha) you are able to play the game with the dlc unlocked. Mine works every time.

ps. You are not able to load the game without running the cfw first after installing the dlc.
