Hacking Disable or bypass Nintendont Auto Boot

I’ve installed Double Dash via WiiUSBHelper. When playing, I set Nintendont to Auto Boot but now want to change some of the Nintendont settings. How do I get to the Nintendont settings if Auto Boot is enabled?

I had the same problem, but couldn't find any answers. Although, I could eventually turn it off, just pressed some random wii remote buttons just after i entered nintendont in homebrew channel, so it stopped the auto-boot and opened the nintendont menu. (Try holding "+" and "-", or even holding home button, I can't remember now which button i did press)
