Homebrew Difficulty transferring between SD cards

Pardon if this has been answered before, but a cursory search didn't seem to bring up the exact same issue.

Basically I installed CFW via homebrew launcher onto a 2GB SD, got a 32GB, made sure it was FAT32, copy/pasted the data from the 2GB, and nothing shows up when I put the 32GB into the 3DS. Old 3DS, not XL. Since I had to update, I'd really prefer not to have to go through a whole new process, so if anyone could help me out here I'd appreciate.

Woops, nevermind.

On the offchance that anyone ever has a similar issue and is googling a fix: the problem was that putting the new SD into my 3DS before copy/pasting created an overlapping folder. Go into your Nintendo 3DS folder and then into the 32 character folder, then delete the newer of the two folders you find (should be about 5MB). Things should work fine then.

Try using Minitool partition wizard, partition it primary , FAT32, 32KB cluster.
