Hacking CWCheats not working-help please!

I have CWcheats installed on my psp-1000 that I just got and it's working fine. But when I entered cheats for a game that wasn't in the database, they still refuse to show up in the cheat menu in the game. Why???? I've tried everything!

Here's what I copied, and I know the game ID and title are correct. I've tried for days, why won't it work??
