Homebrew Custom themes Rxtools EmuNAND?

Apologies if this has been answered, but can I install custom themes using the homebrew app to EmuNAND? or would it go to sysNAND?...or both?

you have to go to Emunand never change your theme in the SystemNand

If you NANDS are unlinked, only the theme in emuNAND is changed. If not, both of the NANDS will have themes changed.
